Return Policy – Cintara Belts

At Cintara Belts, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

1. Return Period

Cintara Belts offers a return period of 5 calendar days from the purchase date of the product.

To request a return, customers must contact our customer support team in writing within this period.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused;
  • the item must be free from damage;
  • all original tags and packaging must be included;
  • proof of purchase or the order number must be provided;
  • the product must be fully paid before any return or refund can be processed.

Cintara Belts reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective:

  • personalized or custom-made products;
  • gift cards;
  • items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons after opening.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • a return handling fee of £60 will apply;
  • a 99% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase amount;
  • the remaining balance will be refunded using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs and any premium or express shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Cintara Belts is not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. How to Request a Return

Include the following information:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • the reason for the return (optional);
  • photos in case of damage or defects.

You will then receive further return instructions.

8. Legal Notice

By placing an order with Cintara Belts, the customer agrees to this Return Policy, including all applicable return fees and restocking charges.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under applicable United Kingdom consumer laws regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
