RETURN POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will automatically be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
